General
1.0 Have a discussion before buying commission1.1 The work assigned is only for use by the commissioner. resale, commercial distribution, modification, use of other parties, all without my permission is prohibited.1.2 The commission results that have been completed will be directly displayed in the portfolio. If you don't want to be displayed before debut, please contact me.1.3 After making a purchase, the buyer is required to pay in advance so that the work process can begin. No need to pay in full, you can pay half too or DP1.4 Canceling a purchase during discussion or on the first day of work, money can be refunded.However, if you cancel at the end of the work or the last stage, the money cannot be returned1.5 Money will be refunded if I experience serious things such as Computer crash and data files are lost1.6 Consumers from overseas Indonesia or consumers who use payments through people from Indonesia are strictly prohibited from buying at the IDR exchange rate. 3.0 Project rigging will start if you have paid 50% and there are no defective parts in your Live2D character art.3.1 If the artist does not want to correct the defective part, then I will gladly fix it without changing/editing the artist's model.3.2 Can't complain about the justification of the parts that I have repaired.3.3 I will not give away .cmo3 Files unless you buy them 200% of the original price.3.4 Recognizing rigging products in your own name without my permission is prohibited, or reselling my rigging products in your name.3.5 If the request list is full, I will recommend my friends to do your Modeling/Rigging.
MV Editing - Intro/Outro/Overlay
2.0 Recognizing these results under my own name without my permission is prohibited.2.1 Credits are not required are posted in the description for (Intro,Outro,Overlay)2.2 Credits must be placed in the video description (MV Editing)2.3 For MV Editing Original Music or Commercial Use, the price will be increased by 50% from the original price.
2.4 If there is an error in the video caused by me then the video will be revised free of charge. (Valid if it is Final Render more than 3 times)but if there is an error in the video caused by the customer, such as giving the wrong lyric or art, then a revision will be charged (Applicable if you have done Findal Render more than 3 times)Art
4.0 Reselling, modifying, and using one's own name as author without my permission is prohibited.4.1 Recognizing these results under my own name without my permission is prohibited let alone selling the art again.4.2 The base commission if for Personal Use only. (You are not allowed to sell the work, for example, selling the work as an NFT, and you may not reproduce it as AI or use it for AI)4.3 if you want to use for Commercial Use, Then the price will be increased by 150% from the original price. (You are allowed to promote your brand, promote your platform or social media, and it can also be used for your streaming promotions)4.4 Menotary Profit, Then the price will be increased by 200% from the original price. (You are allowed to use it to create merchandise, advertisements, and prints.)4.5 If the shopping list is full I will recommend my friends to do the Art you want.

- Videos will be rendered with default settings:
- Full HD Canvas (1920x1080) with 24/30 Fps

- Including the original song in the video will incur an additional cost of approximately 50% of the initial price.
- Ordering Original Video will receive a storyboard from us.
- Videos are not intended for commercial use; however, if you wish to use them commercially, an additional fee of approximately 50% of the initial price will be applied.
- Requests for 3D elements are possible but may affect pricing depending on the quantity or complexity of the desired 3D elements.
