General
1.0 A discussion must take place before purchasing a commission.
1.1 Commissioned work is for personal use only by the commissioner. Reselling, commercial distribution, modification, or use by third parties without my permission is strictly prohibited.1.2 Completed commissions will be displayed in my portfolio. If you do not want your commission to be publicly showcased immediately, please contact me in advance.1.3 Payment is required upfront before the work process begins. You may choose to pay in full or make a 50% down payment (DP).1.4 If a commission is canceled during the discussion phase or on the first day of work, a full refund will be issued. However, if you cancel during the final stage or after most of the work has been completed, the payment will not be refunded.1.5 A refund will be issued if I experience critical issues such as a computer crash or data loss that prevents me from completing the commission.1.6 Customers from outside Indonesia or those using an intermediary to pay in IDR are strictly prohibited from purchasing at the IDR exchange rate. If this policy is violated, the commission will be canceled either at the beginning or midway through the process.1.7 By purchasing any of my services, you automatically accept my Terms of Service and are required to follow them.
Live2D
3.0 Rigging will begin after a 50% or 25% payment is made and once the Live2D model has been confirmed to have no defective parts.3.1 If the artist refuses to correct any defective parts, I will gladly fix them myself without altering the artist’s original design.3.2 Complaints regarding the adjustments I make to defective parts will not be accepted.3.3 The .cmo3 file will not be provided unless purchased separately at 200% of the original commission price.3.4 Claiming my rigging work as your own or reselling it under your name without permission is strictly prohibited.3.5 If my commission slots are full, I may recommend a trusted friend to handle your model/rigging.
MV Editing - Intro/Outro/Overlay
2.0 Recognizing these results under my own name without my permission is prohibited.2.1 Credits are not required are posted in the description for (Intro,Outro,Overlay)2.2 Credits must be placed in the video description (MV Editing)2.3 For MV Editing Original Music or Commercial Use, the price will be increased by 50% from the original price.
2.4 If there is an error in the video caused by me then the video will be revised free of charge. (Valid if it is Final Render more than 3 times)but if there is an error in the video caused by the customer, such as giving the wrong lyric or art, then a revision will be charged (Applicable if you have done Findal Render more than 3 times)Art
4.0 Reselling, modifying, and using one's own name as author without my permission is prohibited.4.1 Recognizing these results under my own name without my permission is prohibited let alone selling the art again.4.2 The base commission if for Personal Use only. (You are not allowed to sell the work, for example, selling the work as an NFT, and you may not reproduce it as AI or use it for AI)4.3 if you want to use for Commercial Use, Then the price will be increased by 150% from the original price. (You are allowed to promote your brand, promote your platform or social media, and it can also be used for your streaming promotions)4.4 Menotary Profit, Then the price will be increased by 200% from the original price. (You are allowed to use it to create merchandise, advertisements, and prints.)4.5 If the shopping list is full I will recommend my friends to do the Art you want.

Information About Movie Videos- The complexity of the MV (Music Video) being produced will impact the completion timeline.
- Videos will be rendered with default settings:
- Full HD Canvas (1920x1080) with 24/30 Fps
- 8/16 Bit Color Depth
- Including the original song in the video will incur an additional cost of approximately 50% of the initial price.
- Ordering Original Video will receive a storyboard from us.
- Videos are not intended for commercial use; however, if you wish to use them commercially, an additional fee of approximately 50% of the initial price will be applied.
- Requests for 3D elements are possible but may affect pricing depending on the quantity or complexity of the desired 3D elements.
